Terms and conditions set out the expectations for both the client and the therapist. They make sure that both parties are protected if any disagreements occur. If you have any queries about these terms and conditions, please discuss them with me before agreeing to them.
Sessions
A single session varies depending on the session between 1 hour and 1hour and 30 minutes.
Payment Method
Payment is accepted by Stripe (online payments), cash or bank transfer.
Bank transfers must use the name and service as the reference for the payment.
Session Prices
Single sessions are charged 60€ each in normal conditions. If there is extra time will be an extra charge.
A deposit of 20€ will be required when the client book the session by phone or email. Only when the deposit payment is done the session will be booked.
Time spent planning and preparing before sessions and writing up notes after sessions are included in this price.
Invoices
Invoices will be provided to the bill-payer upon request. Please give 7 days for the invoice to be completed.
Price Changes
Fees are subject to annual increases to reflect the cost of living. Existing clients will be given 8 weeks notice of any changes in fees.
Fee changes do not affect the price of blocks which have already started or sessions which have already been booked or invoiced, if applicable.
Cancellation by Client
Treatments: The deposit of the fee applies for appointments cancelled between 24 – 48 hours in advance.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours the full fee applies as I am unable to offer this appointment to another person.
Cancellation by Therapist
If the therapist cancels an appointment, the session can be re-arranged at a date and time which is convenient for the client.
Non-attendance
If the client fails to attend the appointment and does not attempt to cancel, then they will lose the session. If the session which was not attended is part of a block then the session will still count as one of the sessions.
Lateness
If you arrive late for your session the session will still end at the same time. If you arrive early please wait in the waiting area and I will come to collect you. This ensures that I am completely ready for you.
